Rushik is a 25-year-old, born and raised in the vibrant state of Gujarat. It had been three eventful years since he courageously stepped into the bustling city of Vadodara, leaving behind the serenity of his hometown. His decision to pursue an MBA led him to the breathtaking landscapes of Himachal Pradesh, where his perspective of the world expanded in 360 degrees. The mounting pressure at work, coupled with the isolating effects of the pandemic, led him to feel alone and unable to showcase his efforts to his manager. This internal battle resulted in procrastination and a sense of overwhelming anxiety, prompting him to seek solace and support.
It was during this turbulent time that he was introduced to YourDOST through his organization, a revelation that would pave the way for his healing journey.
