Swati Jain is a 26-year-old vibrant soul who lives life in its full measure.
She is a product manager at Capillary and leads a thriving professional and personal life that includes physical fitness, travelling, and relationships with family.
Born and raised in the small but beautiful town of Deoband in West UP’s District Saharanpur, Swati has a story of passion, persistence, and being deeply invested in one’s fitness and overall well-being.
So here’s Swati, a girl of many interests, with her love for life, which is immensely contagious.
“I love to dance, doodle and travel solo.”
Swati has been travelling solo for almost three years, covering large parts of the country and taking two solo international trips. The joy of a new culture, meeting different kinds of people, and soaking in the beauty of nature keep the fire alive in this young girl.
However, Swati’s life is about more than travelling. She is also into fitness and doesn’t miss any workouts!
“Fitness is about feeling healthy, no matter what happens around me. It is not just physical health but mental too.”
Swati keeps fit through regular workouts and attends dance sessions to stay motivated and energised. Her philosophy? Movement is a medicine that helps her achieve physical and mental health.
Apart from being a fitness enthusiast, Swati is an outdoorsy person.
“I have done two high-altitude Himalayan treks. I love hiking, trekking, camping, and being outdoors. There’s something so magical about those trips and meeting people from walks of life one doesn’t even imagine existed.”
Her love for nature and exploration works simultaneously with her need to push limits that engage the body and mind.
Swati has immense love towards her family, whom she calls her support system. As the second eldest in the lot, she lovingly refers to her family as “chaos filled with love.” Despite her tight schedule, she keeps in close contact with her parents and sisters through daily video calls.
“I need that ‘ghar wali feeling’ now and then as I need that sense of home and belonging.”
Her childhood marked her personality development as a goal-oriented young girl who loved co-curricular activities and maintaining academic excellence. Growing up in a small town, Swati hardly received as much exposure as kids in cities usually do, but she made good use of whatever opportunities came her way.
That spark lives on even today; she is always keen to try something new. She uses that creativity by manifesting it in her content creation on Instagram.
“It’s my way of journaling. Whenever I feel low, I see my posts and stories. Looking back at my journey gives me a reason to be happy. I see those moments, and they remind me that I’m doing great and all this growth and evolution is happening.
Instagram is her diary, where she records the milestones she has achieved and the dreams she has chased. It’s where she unwinds, reflects, and enjoys small victories, the one activity that balances her otherwise packed life of work, fitness, and travel.

In Swati’s words, “Feeling better is a journey and not a destination.” She rates her emotional well-being a solid 4 on a scale of 5 and believes in the magic of small steps toward a healthier and happier self.
